Billing & Subscription

Producer Dashboard offers a free tier to get you started and a paid plan for producers who need more capacity. Here is what you need to know about plans, billing, and managing your subscription.

The free plan gives you enough to try Producer Dashboard and manage a small catalog. The Pro plan removes all limits and unlocks premium features like licensing.

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Billing section.
  3. Click Upgrade to Pro.
  4. You are taken to the Stripe billing page.
  5. Enter your payment details and confirm.
  6. Your plan upgrades immediately.

Billing is monthly. You can cancel at any time.

All billing is handled through Stripe. From Settings, click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • View your current plan
  • See upcoming invoice dates and amounts
  • Update your payment method
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Cancel your subscription
  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the Stripe portal, click Update payment method.
  4. Enter your new card details.
  5. Save.

The new payment method is used for all future charges.

You can cancel at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.
  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.
  • Your data is not deleted. You can still access everything, but limits will apply again.
  • If you have more tracks or projects than the free plan allows, your existing data is preserved but you cannot add new items until you are under the limit.
  • Active share links continue to work.

You can re-subscribe at any time to restore Pro features.

On the free plan, when you reach a limit:

  • You see a message explaining that you have reached the maximum for your plan.
  • You are prompted to upgrade.
  • Existing data is never deleted or hidden.
  • You simply cannot add new items beyond the limit until you upgrade or remove existing items.

All invoices and receipts are available in the Stripe billing portal. Click Manage Subscription from Settings to access them. You can download PDF invoices for your records or accounting.

  • Start with the free plan to make sure Producer Dashboard fits your workflow before committing.
  • If you are actively selling beats, the Pro plan pays for itself quickly with the licensing features alone.
  • Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.
  • Download your invoices regularly if you need them for tax purposes.
