On the free plan, you can have up to 50 track groups (songs) in your catalog. Each track group can contain multiple files (bounces, stems, project files) without additional count.

When you hit the limit:

  • You see a message that you have reached the maximum number of tracks.
  • Existing tracks are not affected — you can still edit, play, share, and manage them.
  • You cannot import new tracks until you either upgrade or delete existing ones.

The free plan allows up to 5 projects (buckets). Projects can be nested, and each one counts as a single project regardless of nesting depth.

When you hit the limit:

  • You cannot create new projects.
  • Existing projects continue to work normally.
  • You can reorganise tracks within existing projects freely.

On the free plan, you can add up to 3 collaborators per track and up to 10 unique collaborators total across your catalog.

When you hit the per-track limit:

  • You cannot add more collaborators to that specific track.
  • Other tracks with fewer collaborators can still have new ones added.

When you hit the total limit:

  • You cannot add new unique collaborators to any track.
  • Existing collaborators can still be assigned to additional tracks.

The free plan allows up to 5 active share links at any time. A share link counts as active until you delete (revoke) it.

When you hit the limit:

  • You cannot create new share links.
  • Existing links continue to work.
  • Delete an old share link to free up a slot for a new one.

Both plans include a public page, but the free plan has limited customisation:

Licensing / purchasingNoYes

Beat licensing (selling licenses through your public page) is only available on the Pro plan. This includes:

  • Creating license types
  • Setting prices
  • Accepting payments via Stripe
  • Automatic file delivery

If you are on the free plan and want to sell beats, upgrade to Pro from Settings.

Both plans can export track metadata as CSV. The Pro plan adds:

  • PDF split sheet exports
  • PRO format presets (BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, PRS)
  • Formatted split sheets with all collaborator details

If you cancel your Pro subscription and revert to the free plan:

  • Your data is preserved. Nothing is deleted.
  • Limits take effect immediately. If you have more tracks, projects, or collaborators than the free plan allows, you can still view and manage existing items but cannot add new ones.
  • Active share links remain active. But you cannot create new ones beyond the free limit.
  • Licensing is disabled. Your public page stops showing purchase buttons, but existing sales records remain.
  • Export features revert. You keep CSV exports but lose PDF and PRO format presets.

You can upgrade again at any time to restore full access.

  • The free plan is a great way to try Producer Dashboard and manage a small catalog. If you are just starting out, it may be all you need.
  • If you are actively collaborating with many people or selling beats, the Pro plan removes all friction.
  • Keep an eye on your usage from the dashboard. You can see how close you are to each limit.
  • If you are near a limit on the free plan, consider whether cleaning up old data or upgrading makes more sense for your workflow.
