Preview & Publish

Before your public page goes live, you can preview exactly what visitors will see. Once you are happy, publishing takes one click. And if you need to make changes later or take the page offline, that is just as simple.

The preview shows you a pixel-perfect version of your public page as visitors will experience it. Use it to check everything before going live.

  1. Open Settings and navigate to the Public Page section.
  2. Click Preview.
  3. A preview of your page opens, showing your banner, bio, sections, tracks, and contact form exactly as they will appear.

Run through this quick checklist:

CheckWhat to look for
BannerDoes it look good? Is it cropped well?
BioAny typos? Does it read well?
Social linksAre the right platforms listed? Do the icons look correct?
SectionsAre they in the right order? Do the titles make sense?
TracksAre the right tracks visible in each section?
ArtworkDo tracks have cover art? Are auto-generated visuals acceptable?
Display modesDoes grid vs. list work for each section?
Overall feelDoes the page represent you well?

If anything needs adjusting, close the preview, make your changes in the settings, and preview again.

When the preview looks good, you are ready to go live.

  1. Click Publish in the public page settings.
  2. Your page is immediately accessible at your chosen URL (e.g., producerdashboard.app/your-slug).
  3. That is it. Your portfolio is live.

There is no build process, no waiting, no approval queue. Publishing is instant.

The first time you publish, confirm your URL slug is correct. This is the URL you will be sharing with people, so double-check the spelling.

After publishing, visit the URL in a browser to see your live page. Everything should match what you saw in the preview.

Your public page is not locked after publishing. You can make changes at any time, and they go live immediately.

  • Banner, bio, social links — update your branding whenever you want
  • Accent colour — change the colour scheme on the fly
  • Sections — add, remove, or reorder sections
  • Track selection — add new tracks or remove old ones from a section
  • Display modes — switch between grid and list for any section
  • Section titles — rename sections without disrupting anything
  1. Open the public page settings.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Save.
  4. Changes are live immediately. No need to republish.

There is no “draft” state after initial publishing. Every change you save is reflected on the live page right away. If you want to check before saving, use the preview.

If you need to take your page offline — maybe you are rebranding, taking a break, or just want to pause your public presence — you can unpublish.

  1. Open the public page settings.
  2. Click Unpublish.
  3. Your URL immediately stops working. Visitors see a “page not found” message.
  • Your URL returns a not-found page
  • All your settings, sections, and content are preserved
  • Nothing is deleted — your page is just hidden
  • You can republish at any time to bring it back
  • It does not affect your share links. Active share links keep working.
  • It does not delete any tracks from your library.
  • It does not change your settings. Everything is saved for when you want to come back.

To bring your page back online after unpublishing:

  1. Open the public page settings.
  2. Click Publish.
  3. Your page is live again at the same URL.

All your content, sections, and settings are restored exactly as they were.

  1. Set up your URL, banner, bio, and social links.
  2. Add sections with your best tracks.
  3. Preview the page.
  4. Publish.
  5. Share the URL in your social bios, email signature, and with anyone who should see your work.
  1. Add new tracks to the relevant bucket in your library.
  2. Open your public page section settings.
  3. If using “Select tracks” mode, check the boxes for the new tracks.
  4. Save. The new tracks appear on your live page.
  1. Reorder sections to feature your most relevant current work.
  2. Update your bio if anything has changed.
  3. Swap the banner for a fresh image.
  4. Preview and save.
  1. Unpublish your page.
  2. It goes offline immediately.
  3. When you are ready, republish with one click.
  • Preview on mobile too. Resize your browser window or open the preview URL on your phone to see the responsive layout.
  • You do not need everything perfect before publishing. A page with three great tracks is better than no page at all. You can always add more later.
  • After publishing, send the URL to a friend and ask for their honest first impression. A fresh pair of eyes catches things you might miss.
  • Bookmark your own public page URL so you can check it quickly anytime.
