Your First Project

This guide walks you through setting up your first project from scratch.

Create a Bucket

Section titled “Create a Bucket”

Buckets are how you organise groups of songs. Think of them as albums, EPs, or project folders.

  1. Open the sidebar on the left
  2. Click the + New Bucket button
  3. Give it a name (e.g., “Summer EP 2026”)

Import Your Tracks

With your bucket selected:

  1. Click Import or drag files into the main area
  2. Select your audio files (.wav, .mp3, .flac, .aiff)
  3. Producer Dashboard automatically groups files by song name

Set Workflow Stages

Section titled “Set Workflow Stages”

Each track group has a workflow stage showing its current status:

  • Idea — Initial concept
  • Writing — In progress
  • Recorded — Captured
  • Mixing — Being mixed
  • Ready to Release — Complete
  • Published — Released

Click the stage badge on any track to change it.
